How do I book my event?
Please fill out the inquiry form using the “Book Your Event!” link. We will reach out to you to go over ideas for your event and then will provide a quote. A $150 deposit is due to book your event and reserve the date. The final balance is due 1 week prior to your event.
What happens after I book?
After you book, we will provide color scheme options and confirm the design details with you.
How long does set up take?
Set up time depends on the design. Typically installs take 30-45 minutes.
Do you breakdown after the event?
Breakdown will be included on your quote if we are coming back to pick up rentals. If you would like us to come back after your event to strike the balloons without rentals, please request specifically when you inquire.
How long will my balloons last?
We use the highest quality of balloons, however we cannot guarantee the longevity of your design after delivery/pick-up. Several factors such as weather, various surfaces, hot/cold car conditions can impact the balloons. We cannot guarantee how long the balloons will last, but if they are inside & away from the sunlight or heat, they can last up to 1 month. If we pop anything during transportation, we will replace during set up.
What colors do you have available?
We can color match to fit your theme and event color scheme!
How do you hang your balloons?
We typically use 3M Command Hooks to hang our garlands. If there is already an anchor point, we will use this instead of attaching a hook. We also have freestanding options available and several backdrops for rent if hanging is not an option!
