How do I book my event?

Please fill out our inquiry form. We will reach out to you to go over ideas for your event and then will provide a quote. A 50% deposit is due to reserve your date. The final balance is due 1 week prior to your event.

What happens after I book?

After you book, we will provide color scheme options and confirm the design details with you. We'll work together to make sure every detail is perfect.

How long does set up take?

Set up time depends on the design. We will come with the balloons pre-inflated. Installs typically take 30-45 minutes.

Do you breakdown after the event?

Accepted Answer

Breakdown will be included on your quote if we are coming back to pick up rentals. If you would like us to come back after your event to strike the balloons without rentals, please request this specifically when you inquire.

How long will my balloons last?

We use the highest quality balloons. If kept inside and away from sunlight or heat, they can last up to 1 month. Several factors such as weather, various surfaces, and hot/cold conditions can impact longevity.

What colors do you have available?

We can color match to fit your theme and event color scheme! We have an extensive palette and can create custom combinations.

How do you hang your balloons?

Accepted Answer

We typically use 3M Command Hooks to hang our garlands. If there is already an anchor point, we will use this instead. We also have freestanding options and several backdrops for rent if hanging is not an option.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Fort Worth, Dallas, Southlake, Keller, and surrounding DFW communities. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service area.
